Simple Time Management Chart for Sales People
If you’re in sales, your job is to generate revenue. So, why do you spend so much time doing other stuff? Here’s a simple chart to help you decide if you’re time is well spent.
Live in quadrant 1 and 2. Spend as little time in quadrant 3 as possible. And, never be caught in quadrant 4.
Invest. Lead. Grow.
Invest time, energy, emotion and capital.
Lead with vision, mission, passion, character, story and aspiration.
Grow through mentorship, perseverance, challenge, conflict, risk and purpose.
Unfortunately, I sometimes find myself on the wrong end of this quote.
